It’s time to apply for Ferndale Pride 2019. Since, 2011 Ferndale Pride has put the best LGBTQAI acts from Michigan, Ohio and Canada onstage to entertain the masses.
We’d like YOU to join the lineup.
Ferndale Pride is Ferndale's kickoff to summer celebrating the LGBTQAI communities. Last year, Ferndale Pride brought 25,000 people to the streets of downtown Ferndale to shop, eat and learn about organizations and services that are welcoming to our communities.
This year's street festival will take place Saturday, June 1, 2019.
The festival is the opportunity for your organization or business to engage participants. Each 10x10 booth space is yours to design (see vendor terms and agreements for regulations). Vendors may rent a 10x10 tent with weights and/or one table and two chairs separately from space. Ferndale Pride doesn’t require you to rent tents, tables and chairs through us.
Registration will take place from January 1, 2019 to May 1, 2019 or until the spaces have sold out.
To take advantage of early bird pricing, you must register by February 28, 2019.
Known as the Skrillex of the Midwest (not really but she’s working on it), legend has it DJ Nader was mixing beats before she could walk.
Fueled by her lifelong obsession with music—and (currently) influenced by artists like DTCHPLNES, Marshmello, Virtual Riot, and Slushii—Nader spins a variety of music but is known for EDM and dubstep.

DJ COOLkIDSUE known as Sue, is an American DJ born in Detroit, MI. For Sue, deejaying was never the plan, but the destiny, as it started out with just her always having the "aux" and one day that aux turned into a full studio set up and lots of learning guides to spinning. From there, Sue only had one mission: to make you feel alive again, as she brings her quirky badass attitude and well curated tunes to every function.
Telephon9 is an American electro pop dance music group from Detroit, Michigan. The group is composed of Chris Call, Jair Alexander, and Adari "BassMODE" Perkins. Their music is a mixture of old school analog sounds fused with hard hitting modern electric dance beats. They write, produce, and provide vocals to their own original music. Telephon9 aspires to make music that not only excites but leaves an uplifting impact on those that lend their ears.
An artist who can plumb the depths of sadness in a single note, then release it in the very next breath, Chastity Brown melds folk, pop and soul on her Red House debut, Silhouette of Sirens, weaving together a poet’s lyrical ear and a soul-laid-bare quality. The album’s 10 original tracks introduce us to a new voice – a songwriter of power and conviction who isn’t afraid to bare her heart as she sings of heartbreak, need and love. Brown premiered the first single, "Wake Up," with KCMP The Current, which has officially added the song.
Based in Minnesota, but with roots in Tennessee, Chastity grew up surrounded by country and soul music. In the full gospel church of her childhood, she played saxophone and drums and found her singing voice and a passion for music. Her first show was in Knoxville, TN, and then it was on to Minneapolis. Since then, she’s been featured on NPR’s “Favorite Sessions,” CMT, American Songwriter, The London Times, Paste Magazine and others. Chastity has toured the US and abroad, appearing on the UK’s Later…with Jools Holland. For much of 2016, she toured alongside folk icon/ activist Ani Difranco.“I write for and from the marginalized experience,” Brown says. "For the truly triumphant spirit that’s been through some sh*t, and has fought her/his way through it to maintain a sense of dignity and peace of mind.See Chastity Brown headline Ferndale Pride's Main Stage, sponsored by MotorCity Casino Hotel, at 8:00 PM on Saturday, June 2!
